A good friend of ours sent us an article(Snooze or Lose) about the sleep deficiency of our children.
In such a competitive society, parents like us are afraid that kids do not have enough stimulation, activities to advance their peers. As result, we drain ourselves to shuffle our kids between classes and activities. In fact, kids learn better and grow stronger when they have enough sleep.
